Brain Tumor Detection Using Machine Learning Matlab Project With Source Code | IEEE Based Project

 ABSTRACT

Brain is the kernel part of the body. Brain has a very complex structure. Brain is hidden from direct view by the protective skull. This skull gives brain protection from injuries as well as it hinders the study of its function in both health and disease. But brain can be affected by a problem which cause change in its normal structure and its normal behavior .This problem is known as brain tumor. Brain tumor causes the abnormal growth of the cells in the brain. The cells which supplies the brain in the arteries are tightly bound together thereby routine laboratory test are inadequate to analyze the chemistry of brain. Brain tumor diagnosis is a very crucial task. This system provides an efficient and fast way for diagnosis of the brain tumor. Proposed system consists of multiple phases. First phase consists of texture feature extraction from brain MR images. Second phase classify brain images on the bases of these texture feature using machine learning classifier. Tumor region is extracted from those images which are classified as malignant or benign. In this project classification done using machine learning in matlab.

Detection & Classification of Breast Cancer Using Image Processing | Matlab Project With Source Code

 ABSTRACT

The World Health Organization's International agency for Research on Cancer in Lyon, France, estimates that more than 150 000 women worldwide die of breast cancer each year. Organ chlorines are considered a possible cause for hormone-dependent cancers . Detection of early and subtle signs of breast cancer requires high-quality images and skilled mammographic interpretation. In order to detect early onset of cancers in breast screening, it is essential to have high-quality images. Radiologists reading mammograms should be trained in the recognition of the signs of early onset of, which may be subtle and may not show typical malignant features. Mammography screening programs have shown to be effective in decreasing breast cancer mortality through the detection and treatment of early onset of breast cancers.

Melanoma Skin Cancer Detection Using Image Processing | Matlab Project With Source Code | Final Year Project

 ABSTRACT

Skin cancer also known as melanoma it is one of the deadliest form of cancer if not recognized in time. Since the pigmented areas/moles of the skin can be nicely observed by simple, non-invasive visual inspection the clinical protocols of its recognition also consider several visual features. Melanoma is the deadliest form of skin cancer, which is considered one of the most common human malignancies in the world. Early detection of this disease can affect the result of the illness and improve the chance of surviving. The tremendous improvement of deep learning algorithms in image recognition tasks promises a great success for medical image analysis, in particular, melanoma classification for skin cancer diagnosis. Activation functions play an important role in the performance of deep neural networks for image recognition problems as well as medical image classification. Melanin is the pigment that discerns the color of human skin. The special cells produce melanin in the skin. If these cells are damaged or unhealthy, skin discoloration is visible. Skin pigment discoloration on cheeks is a hazardous fact as a symptom of human skin disease with a possibility of losing natural beauty. The extracted information of the skin discoloration can work as a guide to diagnosis the disease. In this research, different imaging techniques like watershed method, edge detection and morphological operations are used to analyze and extract the information of cheek’s discoloration lesion by measuring the pixel number of lesion on skin. The image analyzing results are visually examined by the skin specialist.

Fingerprint Recognition Using Image Processing | Matlab Project With Source Code | Final Year Project

 ABSTRACT

Recently, monitoring and security have become an essential and important affair because the number of counterfeiters and hacker are increased for the conventional methods like Personal Identification Number (PIN) and passwords. The traditional methods suffer from some type of contraventions and breaches for example the unauthorized user can arrive to important data in a dedicated system to delete, change, or even steal it. For averting whole these concerns; the modern community directs to more credibility methods recently utilize the biometric-technologies. Biometrics provides more secure way of person authentication, they are difficult to be stolen and replicated. Biometrics method can be depicted as an automate technique to recognize person automatically based on his or her behavioral and/or physiological features. This technology has possessed a big amount of concern and care for security in almost all aspects of our daily life since person cannot forget or lose their physiological features in the way that they might lose password or an identity card. Biometric technologies have been developed for automatic recognizing of human identity depending on person special biological features, such as face, Iris, speech and fingerprint. The online security of authentication systems is not only a substitution of secret codes and passwords, but it is also related to securing and monitoring the system in different level of potential applications. This project was analyzed and evaluation Uni-modal biometric system based on fingerprint identification system.

Lung Nodule Detection On DICOM Images Using Machine Learning | Matlab Project With Source Code | IEEE Based Projects

 ABSTRACT

Lung nodule prevalence is one of the highest of cancers, at 18 %. One of the first steps in lung nodule diagnosis is sampling of lung tissues or biopsy. These tissue samples are then microscopically analyzed. This procedure is taken once imaging tests indicate the presence of nodule cells in the chest. Lung nodule diagnosis using lung images. One of them is that doctor still relies on subjective visual observation. A medical specialist must do thorough observation and accurate analysis in detecting lung nodule in patients. Hence, there is need for a system that is capable for detecting lung nodule automatically from microscopic images of biopsy. This method will improve the accuracy and efficiency for lung nodule detection. The aim of this research is to design a lung nodule detection system on dicom (.dcm) image based on analysis of microscopic image of biopsy using digital image processing. Microscopic images of biopsy are feature extracted and classified using support vector machine. This method is implemented to detection of lung nodule of Dicom lung input samples.

Image Steganography Using Pixel Value Differencing (PVD) Technique | Matlab Project With Source Code

ABSTRACT

In this project, a PVD (Pixel value differencing) algorithm is used for Image Steganography in spatial domain. It is normalizing secret data value by encoding method to make the new pixel edge difference less among three neighbors (horizontal, vertical and diagonal) and embedding data only to less intensity pixel difference areas or regions. This algorithm shows a good improvement for input images compared to other algorithms. The strength of this scheme is that any random hidden/secret data do not make any shuttle differences to Steg-image compared to original image. The project results show as given below in Matlab Software.

Bone Fracture Detection Using Image Processing Matlab Project With Source Code | Final Year Project

 ABSTRACT

Analysis of medical images plays a very important role in clinical decision making. For a long time it has required extensive involvement of a human expert. However, recent progress in data mining techniques, especially in machine learning, allows for creating decision models and support systems that help to automatise this task and provide clinicians with patient-specific therapeutic and diagnostic suggestions. In this project, we describe a study aimed at building a decision model (a classifier) that would predict the type of treatment (surgical vs. non-surgical) for patients with bone fractures based on their X-ray images. We consider two types of features extracted from images (structural and textural) and used them to construct multiple classifiers that are later evaluated in a computational experiment. Structural features are computed by applying the Hough transform, while textural information is obtained from Gray-level occurrence matrix. In research reported by other authors structural and textural features were typically considered separately. Our findings show that while structural features have better predictive capabilities, they can benefit from combining them with textural ones.

Brain Tumor Detection Using Convolutional Neural Network Matlab Project With Source Code | Brain Tumor Classification Using CNN

 ABSTRACT

Brain tumors are the most common issue in children. Approximately 3,410 children and adolescents under age 20 are diagnosed with primary brain tumors each year. Brain tumors, either malignant or benign, that originate in the cells of the brain. The conventional method of detection and classification of brain tumor is by human inspection with the use of medical resonant brain images. But it is impractical when large amounts of data is to be diagnosed and to be reproducible. And also the operator assisted classification leads to false predictions and may also lead to false diagnose. Medical Resonance images contain a noise caused by operator performance which can lead to serious inaccuracies classification. In this work we used Brain Tumor Detection Using Convolutional Neural Network CNN.

Image Encryption and Decryption Using ECC Matlab Project With Source Code | Elliptic Curve Cryptography Image Encryption and Decryption

 ABSTRACT

During the last decade information security has become the major issue. The encrypting and decrypting of the data has been widely investigated because the demand for the better encryption and decryption of the data is gradually increased for getting the better security for the communication between the devices more privately. The Image Encryption Decryption play a major role for the fulfillment for this demand. A lot of information is perceived when we observe an image. Images have become an inevitable source of information. Everyday we come across various image from various sources. When images are confidential and we want the image to be transferred safe and securely, cryptography comes into play. The cryptographic technique which we have implemented in this project is the Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). Various study on ECC has concluded that the difficultly to solve an Elliptic Curve Discrete Logarithmic Problem is exponentially hard with respect to the key size used. This property makes ECC a very good choice for encryption/decryption process compared to other cryptographic techniques which are linearly difficult or sub exponentially difficult.
